Can I return my order if faulty or damaged?

If your order is faulty or damaged in anyway the item can be returned and we will refund the cost of your item in full along with the delivery charge.

How do I organise a return?

To start with you need to contact us via email or phone. We will need all the following information.

How do I return my item(s)?

Please package your item in the original packaging together with a covering letter showing your name, address and order number. Please also enclose a copy of the delivery note and the post to the address below.
