Returns Policy

If your not 100 % happy with your item(s) then please do contact us within 7 working days.

You may have a few questions regarding the returning of your item(s). Therefore please find below some FAQs that might help you out.

Can I return my order if faulty or damaged?

If your order is faulty or damaged in anyway the item can be returned and we will refund the cost of your item in full along with the delivery charge.

Can I return my order if i ordered the wrong size or colour?

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour you are allowed to return the item. The item will be refunded minus a handling charge of £8.00. You will also need to pay the return postage.

How do I organise a return?

To start with you need to contact us via email or phone. We will need all the following information.

How do I return my item(s)?

Please package your item in the original packaging together with a covering letter showing your name, address and order number. Please also enclose a copy of the delivery note and the post to the address below.

If there is any evidence that the item(s) have been used or worn we will be unable to process your refund.
If the packaging is damaged to prevent us reselling the item we will be unable to process your refund.
