Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.
Ordering
To order your item(s) simply "add to basket", on completion of your order please proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instruction step by step. On completion of your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number, please keep this number in case of future reference.
Next day deliveries from Monday to Friday only on all orders placed before 2pm.
However, please note if you order after 2pm on a Thursday, your delivery will not arrive until the following Monday.
Availability and delivery
If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday we aim to process and despatch your order to be delivered with the delivery service you have chosen at checkout. Next day delivery will only apply if the we receive the order before 2pm.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.
Deliveries will take place on Monday to Friday using our courier, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8am and 5pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. We also offer a Saturday delivery service at a cost specified on our website. Please note that the courier will require that deliveries are signed for, therefore please ensure that you are present when the courier arrives. Deliveries will be made to your door.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

- You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
- Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Price and payment
The price payable of the product is as quoted on the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the UK standard rate at the present time.
Prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added as per your instructions at checkout.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time.
Payment for all orders must be made by a credit or debit card via Paypal on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Please note that, for security reasons, the statement address for the credit or debit card you use to pay must be the same as the delivery address for the order.

Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. These terms and conditions were updated 15th June 2010.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.
Payment terms
We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
